Shipping policy

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

Shipping Timeline

All orders are proccessed within 24 hours during regular business hours, and shipped as requested at time of sale.  Priority orders are processed first as they have requested faster shipping and delivery.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Additional Shipping Information
- Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible since it is no longer in our possession.
- All processing times apply once all products in your order are in stock and available to ship. Special Order and Back Order products may take longer.
- Delays may occur when you place your order during the weekend or around holidays.
- In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments to provide the best service.
- We will send you a shipping email confirmation containing your tracking number upon shipment [if you provide us with an email address].

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders of $49 or more. The customer must choose the free shipping option at checkout to receive free shipping.  Priority shipping is not offered as a free shipping option.
-Free shipping may not apply to certain sale items, oversized, freight intensive or special order items.
-The shipping carrier and method will be chosen at the discretion of Sewing Machine Tips & Tricks

Backordered Items
If an item you order is back ordered or out of stock, your order will remain active in our system until the item comes back into stock or the product is discontinued.
